The two days Buddhism teaching was arranged at TCV Suja from 1st June to 2nd June. There were around several thousands, including students from near by TCV Schools and Sambhota school, lay persons, monks etc. who attended the teaching. For a few days, the school looked somewhat like a big Kalachakra Initiation venue. Among the schools who had attended, they were TCV Upper, Lower, Gopalpur, Chauntra, Sambhota Chauntra, and TMAI students. Wth huge number of participants, the host school extended to its best level, all the hospitality like lodgings and food for all of them. The school staff and students had in fact left no stone unturned in making this event a grand success and providing state of art reception throughout the teachng.

Apart from them, there were media persons from various well known Tibetan medias from Print to Audio visual. It was expected that there would be soon one video cassette, for those who were unfortunate and could not make their attendance for the teaching.

For the host school, it was a great privilege to get this once in a life time opportunity to arrange such kind of Buddhism teaching especially by His Holiness Sakya Trichen for two consecutive days.

As we all know that His Holiness the Dalai Lama has been time and again reminding all of us to take care of our rich culture and preserve it well. He has been also advising the Tibetans, particularly the youngsters to study and practise Buddhism. Keeping the above suggestions of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the School Director as well as the school Principal requested His Holiness Sakya Trichen, who was there in Dzongsar by that time, to kindly take the two days teaching. Highly delighted by the nobel step, His Holiness readily consented, despite His busy schedule.

The programme schedule was totally same as the one which was done by His Holiness last year at TCV Upper Dharamsala. During the two days teaching, every day His Holiness Sakya Trichen gave his teaching from 9a.m. to 11.30 in the main school hall. Those who were not accommodated in the hall, sat on the basket ball ground where the school had arranged around ten 21' and 29'inches CCTvs along with few big sound boxes, and where there was a big tent. After His teaching, there was a lunch. In the after noon at around 1.30 p.m. the students were divided among nine groups and each group was provided one two Geshes and Religious teachers and held discussions and debates. This session would last for few hours and then one day teaching would end.

Finally, the two days teaching came to an end with Tsewang by His Holiness Sakya Trichen at the later part of the morning session of the second day. At the end of the two days teaching, there was a look of contentment on every one's face, both the host school as well as the participating schools. The participating schools finally left for their own schools on the second day and with various good tales made to the host school's ears and thus the two days teaching came to an end in a very happy note.
